Coronavirus Testing For Hamilton And Wenham Residents
Proof of Hamilton or Wenham residency, such as a driver's license, must be presented to receive a test.

The Towns of Hamilton and Wenham are partnering with Beauport Ambulance Services to offer COVID-19 testing for Hamilton and Wenham residents throughout the month of December. Testing will take place in the parking lot of the Miles River Middle School (786 Bay Rd, South Hamilton, MA 01982) from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the following days:

These will be drive up clinics and pre-registration is not necessary. Proof of Hamilton or Wenham residency, such as a driver’s license, must be presented to receive a test. Please bring a completed patient application with you to the test site. These applications can be found at https://www.hamiltonma.gov/government/covid-19-testing/. Results can be expected three days following testing.

Please bring the following with you to the testing site:
- Proof of Hamilton or Wenham residency
- A completed patient application: https://www.hamiltonma.gov/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/Hamilton-test-form-final.pdf (paper copies will be available on site for those unable to complete the form from home)
- Health insurance card/policy number
The test should be covered by your insurance, however, they will be taken care of “free of charge” if insurance doesn’t pay.
