Deadline Approaching to Submit Community Preservation Act Funding Requests

The deadline is approaching to have your project considered at Hamilton's upcoming Special Town Meeting.

The Hamilton Community Preservation Act is currently accepting eligibility applications for projects the applicants would like to have considered at the October Special Town Meeting.

According to the CPA requirements, the process requires two applications. The first, an eligibility application, is due by Aug. 3 in order to be considered at the Oct. 3 Special Town Meeting; the second, an application for funding, would be due by Aug. 31, assuming the CPA committee grants eligibility based on the first application.

Each proposed project must meet specific criteria and will be scored based on those criteria. Anyone with questions can check out the full notice on the Town of Hamilton website.
