Executive Functioning and Working Memory with Dr. Anne Bellefeuille, Ph.D.

The Hamilton-Wenham Special Education Parent Advisory Council is sponsoring a presentation on Executive Functioning and Working Memory with Dr. Anne Bellefeuille, Ph.D. on Nov. 29, 2011 at 7 p.m. at Buker Elementary School’s Multipurpose Room. Administrators, teachers and the general public are welcomed to attend.

Executive functioning and working memory are a set of mental processes that helps us connect past experience with present action and affects organization, planning and evaluation. This workshop will focus on identifying executive function/working memory deficits and appropriate interventions and/or accommodations.

Anne Bellefeuille has a Ph.D in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Neuropsychology from the University of Montreal. In addition to providing neuropsychological and educational assessments through her own practice, Dr. Bellefeuille provides working memory remediation training as well as professional development workshops on issues surrounding learning profiles, remediation and testing.
