Explore the world of Indian curries from various Indian states.  Learn delicious and traditional home made recipes, types of curries and techniques of cooking a good curry.  In this class we will also make India breads such as Rotis and Pulkhas.

Recipes Include:

  • Gosht Aloo Bakhara (Lamb with plums - Punjab)
  • Murg Rizzala (Green chicken Korma- Bhopal)
  • Kori Gashi (Chicken in thick coconut gravy - Mangalore)
  • Pork Vindaloo (Pork flavored with vinegar, tamarind and jaggery from Goa)
  • Paneer Makhni (Homemade cottage cheese in a tomato yogurt based curry)
  • Basmati Rice
  • Rotis (Indian breads)
