Staying Svelte

**NEW Spring Menu** The French diet can be summed up in one sentence: eat smaller portions of high quality foods less often. To quote the author of  French Women Don't Get Fat "French women think about good things to eat, American women typically worry about bad things to eat."  This spring menu is inspired by French Women for all Seasons by the same author, so come and enjoy the flavors of spring and eat like "une francaise!"

Recipes include:

  • Artichokes Braised with Garlic and Thyme
  • Fettuccine with Spring Vegetables
  • Rack of Lamb Persillade
  • Provencal Potato-Olive Ragout
  • Haricots Verts, Tomato and Red Onion Salad with Pistou
  • Lemon Layer Cake

Duration: 3 hours
