Eurostoves is offering kids and teens the unique chance to learn to cook at the elbow of a professional chef in this hands-on series of classes. We will begin with how to use a knife safely and effectively and move on to key techniques including blanching, sauteing, searing, roasting, braising, baking, and grilling. Working safely and efficiently in the kitchen will be a continuous theme as will cooking creatively and having fun! Teens are welcome ages 12 and up
