Finalists for Wenham Town Administrator Named

Finalists Chosen in Wenham Town Administrator Search

Three people will move to the final round of interviews in the selection process for a new Wenham Town Administrator. The Board of Selectman will meet Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at 6PM to publicly interview these 3 finalists. A decision is expected this week.

The eight member Town Administrator Screening Committee has spent the last several weeks reviewing resumes and interviewed five semifinalists on Saturday, March 7. The Screening Committee worked with consultants from Management Resources, Inc., an executive consulting firm based in Meredith, NH who advertised the position opening and solicited applications. The firm processed resumes from 45 candidates for the position, and reduced the field down to sixteen candidates for the Screening Committee to review. The Screening Committee reviewed those applicants’ resumes and decided to interview five of them, before unanimously recommending the three finalists.

The finalists are:

Sean Fitzgerald who is presently the Town Manager in Plaistow, NH. He resides in Peabody, MA.

Leon Goodwin, the Assistant Town Manager –Director of Community Affairs in Salem, NH. He currently resides in Arlington, MA.

Peter Lombardi of West Newbury, MA. Peter is currently the Director of Policy and Administration in Newburyport MA.
