An effective nonprofit business plan involves the dual bottom line of financial sustainability and mission impact. During this workshop, we will share best practices for setting clear priorities, understanding and planning around resource needs, and measuring performance. By synthesizing these pieces into a business plan, you will strengthen your organization’s operations, profitability, and program impact.

The workshop covers:
• Identifying and planning around economic drivers
• Evaluating and prioritizing programs according to their mission impact
• Mapping a plan to secure financial, human, and other necessary resources
• Enhancing operations to increase efficiency and meet goals
• Establishing clear performance measurement systems
