Generals Youth Football Registration Now Open

Hamilton-Wenham Generals Youth Football and Cheerleading registration opened on April 15 for the fall 2013 season. Registration is open through June 30 with a $25 early birddiscount on registrations received on or before May 15. A late fee of $50 will be charged for registrations received after June 15.

The Hamilton-Wenham Generals Youth Football and Cheerleading Program has multiple levels in which players and cheerleaders may participate: Grade 3-4 (D Team), Grade 5-6 (JVC, C Teams), Grade 7-8 (B, A Teams).

The Generals Youth Football program is focused on developing the ideals of good sportsmanship, teamwork, commitment, courage, determination and hard work values that league officials said will serve the program’s participants well beyond the field of play.

The league is launching an aggressive recruitment drive to bring in new players and introduce them to football in a way that is fun, safe, and builds character.  All of the necessary equipment is loaned to each football player for the entire season.

Practice for both football and cheerleading is scheduled to begin on Monday, Aug. 19.
