Gloucester Man, 31, Fatally Struck By Car In Rowley
The 57-year-old Georgetown woman behind the wheel stayed on scene.

ROWLEY, MA — A 31-year-old Gloucester man was fatally struck by a vehicle while he was walking in Rowley Monday night. There is no word on whether the driver, a 57-year-old Georgetown woman, will face charges.
Rowley Police Chief Scott Dumas said officers responded to Haverhill Street at 11 p.m. They found the victim, who had been hit by a Subaru Impreza.
The victim was flown to Massachusetts General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
