Halloween Happenings in Hamilton and Wenham This Month

There's plenty of haunted (and not so haunted) fun to go around this month in Hamilton and Wenham.

There are a number of Halloween-themed events right in Hamilton and Wenham. Take a look at our list and then let us know in the comments if we missed something!

  • Hamilton’s Pumpkin Fest is happening Saturday, Oct. 24 at 12:30 p.m. at the Hamilton Public Safety Building. According to the Hamilton Town Blog, there will be activities throughout the afternoon.
  • The Hamilton-Wenham Public Library is holding a Pumpkin Decorating Day on Saturday, Oct. 24 from noon to 1 p.m. Bring your own pumpkin, hear stories, decorate your pumpkin & leave it for our Pumpkin Decorating Contest. Contact Lorraine Der 978-468-5577 or lder@mvlc.org for more info.
  • Pumpkin Decorating Contest at Hamilton-Wenham Library is happening all month. No carved pumpkins will be accepted. Use ribbons, glitter, paper, etc. to decorate your pumpkin. Drop it off at the library with a card with your name, age, telephone number and your pumpkin’s name. All ages are welcome to participate and everyone participant will win a prize.
  • The Hamilton-Wenham Ed Fund is hosting an adults-only Halloween costume party on Friday, Oct. 30 at Danversport Yacht Club, Garden Terrace. The party kicks off at 7 p.m. and guests will enjoy cash bar, dancing, costume contest. The event kicks off the fund’s annual appeal. Tickets are $60 per person and can be purchased online.
