Hamilton, Wenham Business Community Invited to Business Safety Summit
The Northeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council (NEMLEC) is hold the summit.
The Northeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council (NEMLEC), of which Hamilton and Wenham are members, is inviting member community business owners, corporate security and human resources professionals to the first Business Safety Summit.
The Thursday, June 18 summit will be an opportunity for the business community to discuss business safety ”focused on recognizing, responding to, and minimizing incidents of concern and violence in the workplace,” according to a press release.
“We are excited to be able to gather such a group of speakers and presenters for our inaugural Business Safety Summit,” said NEMLEC Foundation Director Sharon Crowley. “We hope to foster a dialog and help develop better working relationships between municipal police departments and their local businesses.”

The event takes place Thursday, June 18 from 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. (registration begins at 8:30 a.m.) at Montvale Plaza in Stoneham. Registration is available online.
