Hamilton-Wenham High Ranked Among Best High Schools in the State

Niche Rankings recently released its "Best Public High Schools" list.

Niche Rankings recently released its report on the Best Public High Schools in Massachusetts, and Hamilton-Wenham Regional High School made the list of 100 at number 35.

Niche ranked 14,431 high schools nationwide based on dozens of key statistics, as well as opinions from 280,000 parents and students.

“A high ranking indicates that the school is an exceptional academic institution with a diverse set of high-achieving students who rate their experience very highly,” said Niche.

H-W Regional High School received an A overall Niche grade. Some of the individual category scores included an ”A-plus” score in Health and Safety as well as ”A” scores in the Academics, Teachers and Administration categories. The lowest score, a “C,” was in Student Culture and Diversity.

The methodology used is explained here. A high ranking indicated that students were happy with many aspects, that the school is an exceptional academic institution, is made up of a diverse population and that students are actively involved.
