Heartsaver CPR~AED Certification Class

It is only a matter of a few short minutes before it is too late to save a life … learning what to do provides you precious minutes and gives someone a chance to survive. YOU CAN SAVE A LIFE! This HEARTSAVER course, including the hands-only approach to CPR w/ AED, will be taught by certified American Heart Association instructor, Regina Baker, RN of Wenham.

Regina is an active RN, Personal Trainer and busy mother of four. Her passion for health and wellness, as well as community involvement, is reflected in her positive and upbeat teaching style. Her belief in the importance that individuals be both pro-active in their health and prepared for an emergency to save a life are what drives her to share her knowledge and experience with patients, clients, and the community.
