"Holiday Tablescapes" Home Design Seminar

Summer Hill Luxury Homes – built by Windover Construction - and Timeless Interiors of South Hamilton are pleased to host “Holiday Tablescapes” on Sunday, November 30th at 1PM. This free event is open to the public and takes place at Summer Hill’s new, furnished model home, 9 Blynman Circle, Summer Hill, Manchester-by-the-Sea. Light refreshments will be served.

“Holiday Tablescapes” will be a festive presentation from award-winning Timeless Interiors, providing ideas and inspiration on creating stunning centerpieces, assembling décor and setting the scene for a fabulous gathering. Meggin Hunt of Wenham’s The Singing Flower will be creating centerpieces for three holiday vignettes.

Created through a cluster zoning ordinance to encourage the permanent preservation of open space, Summer Hill is a neighborhood of 12 luxury homes on the site of one of the North Shore’s legendary summer estates. The three and four-bedroom homes – priced from $1,570,000 to $1,870,000, are surrounded by over 14 acres of conservation land and gathered around a village green. Constructed with energy efficient technology, the homes offer desirable features such as a 1st floor master suite, Viking kitchen appliances, a convenient mudroom and a spacious three-season screened porch. Phase I homes are complete, with three sold and one under agreement. The two remaining completed homes are ready to move in. Phase II, under construction, will be complete spring of 2015 and reservations are being accepted.
