The high school girls' basketball team fell to Ipswich High School to finish the season last Thursday.

The girls' basketball team finished its season at 3-15 with a loss to Ipswich on the road last Thursday.

Leading the Generals scorers was sophomore forward Cassandra Fibbe with eight points.

Sophomore forward Morgan Kimball and senior guard and captain Sarah Vivenzio both sunk three-pointers in the 53-31 loss.

Ipswich wraps up the season at 11-5. The Tigers ended at fifth place in the Cape Ann League, the Generals in 11th.

The Generals notched wins this season over Amesbury, Manchester-Essex and Rockport, including a convincing 50-15 win over Rockport.
