Horton, 27, of 20 Mount Pleasant Ave., apartment 3, was charged with marked lanes violation and operating under the influence. He was released on $500 cash bail and scheduled to be arraigned at Ipswich District Court in Newburyport on May 5. Officer Kent Richards made the arrest.
