9:42 p.m. A man who didn’t stop his vehicle for Detective Ken Nagy on Highland Street was later arrested and faces several charges. Paul J. Chisholm, 39, of 28 Candlewood Road, Ipswich, was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, speeding, trespassing, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, refusing to stop for a police officer and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. He was released on cash bail and scheduled to be arraigned on March 17 in Ipswich District Court.
