Chisholm, 39, of 28 Candlewood Road, Ipswich, was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, speeding, trespassing, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, refusing to stop for a police officer and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. He was released on cash bail and scheduled to be arraigned on March 17 in Ipswich District Court.
