School starts in just a couple of weeks in Hamilton and Wenham. If you just moved to town and need to register your child for school, here’s what you need to know courtesy of the Hamilton-Wenham Regional School District
When’s the first day of school in Hamilton-Wenham?
For families moving to Hamilton-Wenham, to register your child for school in town, you need to head to the superintendent’s office at 5 School St. in Wenham. Donna Bunk, the administrative assistant to the superintendent, is who you’ll want to see. Office hours are 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Be sure to take the following documentation with you when you go to register:
- Copy of birth certificate
- Copy of immunization record
- Copy of most recent physical
- Copy of residency information which should include ONE of the following: utility bill with name and street address, lease, or purchase agreement with all signatures completed.
