Lakeview Property To Be Developed

Wenham, MA - After hosting a public hearing in January, receiving written feedback from more than 100 residents, and reviewing the preliminary findings of the Lakeview Advisory Committee, the Board of Selectmen voted 2-1 to waive the Town’s right of first refusal and allow the Lakeview property to be developed.

The Selectmen have negotiated a Host Community Agreement with the Flynn family and the developer, Atlantic Tambone. The terms of this agreement, including the amendment to fully age restrict the development, will apply to this project as it proceeds through the permitting process.
