The North Shore Business Forum meets on Friday, May 1, 2015 at Acapulcos, 900 Cummings Center, Beverly, MA. Registration begins at 7:15 AM, the meeting runs from 7:30 to 8:30. Admission is $10 at the door, and includes a buffet breakfast. Small business owners need to stay healthy so they can successfully grow their businesses. A panel of health practitioners will share “Wellness Principles for You and Your Small Business.” Panelists are Christine Cronin ofSatya Wellness in Danvers, MA; Susan Keefe of Susan’s Homeopathy in Georgetown, MA; and Dr. Tony Scrima of Naumkeag Wellness Group in Beverly, MA. The panel will cover a range of topics, including eating for your body type, barriers to healing, counteracting everyday toxicity in your environment, and “clearing” an office space to purify it and protect yourself and your energy. About the Speakers: Christine Cronin of Satya Wellness in Danvers, MA (www.satyawellness.com) has a PhD in Natural Health, is certified as an Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner through the Chopra Center, and certified as a Holistic Practitioner in BioEnergetic medicine and homeopathy. Susan Keefe of Susan’s Homeopathy in Georgetown, MA ( www.susanshomeopathy.com) has a Bachelor’s degree from University of Massachusetts in Amherst and was schooled at the Teleosis Collaborative in Boston as a Classical Homeopath. Susan has also trained with Ann Drake, a Borneo-trained Shaman who resides in Gloucester.Dr. Tony Scrima of Naumkeag Wellness Group in Beverly, MA (www.naumkeagwellness.com) has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from UMass Boston, earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from NY Chiropractic College, and has completed Professional Level Advanced Training in Nutrition Response Testing.
The North Shore Business Forum, Inc. (NSBF) is a group of small business owners from Boston’s North Shore who meet on the first and third Friday of each month for informal lectures given by business owners on a wide variety of topics. Members give a 30-second introduction of their business at each meeting. All business owners are welcome: future, past, profitable, experienced or beginning. Meetings are from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. (registration starts at 7:15) at Acapulcos, 900 Cummings Center, Beverly, MA. The $10.00 admission fee includes a breakfast buffet. No pre-registration necessary.
