Letter: Thanks to Hamilton Officer for Helping with Mock Trial
A member of the Hamilton Police Department recently assisted during a mock trial exercise at Hamilton-Wenham Regional High School.

To Whom It May Concern:
On behalf of my Grade 10 Wellness class I want to thank Officer Kent Richards of the Hamilton Police Department for working with my student’s during our “grand jury” trial. Officer Richards was one of many “witnesses“ for our trial and as part of his role he wrote up an “accident” report for the students to read and utilize when they were creating their questions for the trial. After Officer Richards “testified” and the trial was over he spent time answering questions from the students around concepts which came up within the trial format.
The trial was a powerful learning opportunity for the students due in great part to Officer Richards support and knowledge.
