Monday, April 13

  • 7:30pm at Wenham Town Hall - Conservation Commission - building of a low-income housing project in the wetlands buffer zone, application to reconstruct a deck at 10 Puritan Road, and extension for a property on Nelson Avenue Extension in Beverly.

Tuesday, April 14

  • 2pm at Wenham COA Building - Council on Aging - programs and director’s report.
  • 6:30pm at Wenham Town Hall - Board of Selectmen - approval of contract for Town Administrator, Peter Lombardi.

Wednesday, April 15

  • 7:30am at Hamilton Town Hall- Hamilton Development Corp - ULI technical assistance program, pay bills, and Community Preservation Plan.
  • 6pm at Hamilton Town Hall - Affordable Housing Trust - Andrew DeFranza from Harborlight Community Partners, Community Preservation Plan, and home loan modification program.
  • 7pm at Wenham Town Hall - Zoning Board of Appeals - PUBLIC HEARING on application to build a meditation hall and parking lot at 72 Grapevine Road and application for a comprehensive permit to construct 60 units of low-income housing at 62 Maple Street.
  • 7:30pm at Hamilton Town Hall - The Hamilton Foundation - Discuss current cases, update on HWRHS Scholarship Awards.

Thursday, April 16

7am - 8pm Town Elections - Hamilton Elections at Winthrop School and Wenham Town Elections at the Wenham Town Hall.
