- 7:30pm at Hamilton Town Hall - Hamilton Building Department and Hamilton Planning Board- PUBLIC HEARINGS - storm water management permit for CP Berry to construct 12 units of housing at the Patton Estate and subdivision on Bay Road, 136 Gardner, Berrywood Lane, Planning Board Code of Conduct, and possible associate member.

- 7:30 at HWRSD Administrative Offices- Hamilton-Wenham Regional School Committee - Enter into executive session to discuss strategy for negotiations with the HWREA.
