Monday, March 16

• 5pm at Hamilton Town Hall - Board of Assessors - abatements

Tuesday, March 17

• 8am at the School Administration Building - HW School Committee Communications Subcommittee - planning for upcoming newsletters
• 6pm at Wenham Town Hall - Cemetery Commission - Wm. Fairfield Cemetery, headstone requirements at Iron Rail Cemetery, Eagle Scout project.

Wednesday, March 18

• 7:30am at the School Administration Building - HW School Committee Negociations Subcommittee - enter into executive session to discuss strategy related to negotiations of the teacher’s contract
• 7:30am at Hamilton Town Hall - Hamilton Development Corporation - ULI technical assistance application and design guidelines
• 6pm at Hamilton Town Hall - Affordable Housing Trust - meet with Hamilton Housing Authority Director, Kate McGuire, HOME rehab loans, and the change in population in Hamilton.
• 7:30pm at TBA - Wenham Zoning Board - anticipated topics are Cross-keys Rehabilitation Retreat on Route 97 and/or Rehabilitation Centers of America at Mullen property.

Thursday, March 19

• 7pm at Buker School - Hamilton Wenham Regional School Committee - address an Open Meeting Law violation and Class-size policy (full agenda to be posted 48-hours in advance of meeting.)
• 7:30pm at Hamilton Town Hall - Community Preservation Committee - Town Meeting presentation, updating the Community Preservation Plan, plan for public hearings.

Town Meetings in both communities will be held on April 11 and Town Elections on April 16.
