Monday, March 30

  • 7pm at Hamilton Town Hall - Board of Selectmen - agreement with Wenham regarding pool, ad hoc committee for Patton non-profit, snow removal budget exceeded, and appointment of assistant town clerk.

Tuesday, March 31

  • 6:30pm at Town Hall - Water Commission - review operations, redevelopment of well #2, and Water Management Act.
  • 6:30pm at Hamilton Council on Aging (Bay Road) - Hamilton and Wenham Finance and Advisory Committees- library salaries.
  • 7pm at Wenham Town Hall - Board of Selectmen - agreement with Hamilton regarding the pool, annual appointment of building inspector and fire chief, development agreement for Mullen property, travel policy, new pole locations for National Grid, and town meeting articles. Executive session to negotiate contracts with Town Administrator Peter Lombardi and Police Chief Perkins.

Wednesday, April 1

  • 7:30am at Hamilton Town Hall- Hamilton Development Corporation - ULI Technial Assistance application.
  • 7:00pm at Hamilton Town Hall - Zoning Board of Appeals - petition for an addition at 47 Appleton Ave.
  • 7:00pm at the Hamilton Senior Center on Bay Road- The Hamilton Board of Health and Wenham Boards of Health-PUBLIC HEARING - The Boards will hold a public hearing on new Tuberculosis regulation. The Hamilton BOH will continue their meeting regarding plastic bags and styrofoam, mosquito control, Made Pony Place subdivision on Bay Road, GMO food movie, nominations of Animal Inspector, and a board vacancy.
