A concise listing of official government boards and committees scheduled to meet in Hamilton and Wenham this week.

9am - Council on Aging at the Hamilton Senior Center on Bay Road - Spring programs
5pm - Board of Assessor s at Hamilton Town Hall - Inspections and applications for abatement
7pm - Board of Selectmen at Hamilton Town Hall - Close warrant for Town Meeting, vote to exceed snow removal budget, approve use of roads for Little League parade and Melody Miles, and vote to place debt exclusion on ballot.
7:30pm - Conservation Commission - Wenham Town Hall - Consider application to build 60-unit senior housing project in wetland buffer zone.

1pm - Board of Assessors - Wenham Town Hall - Abatements and excise tax report
2pm - Council on Aging - Wenham Senior Center on School Street - Programs for seniors
6pm - Board of Selectmen - Wenham Town Hall - Interview candidates for Town Administrator position, review and close warrant, executive session regarding Cross-Keys on Topsfield Road (Route 97).

6:30pm - Student Services Parent Advisory Council -Programs, Aspen discussion, and district update.
7pm - Conservation Commission - Hamilton Town Hall - 299 Bridge Street, 470 Essex Street, Gretel Clark on “rebooting” the Open Space Committee, passing of Peter Dana.
7:30pm - Zoning Board of Appeals - Wenham Town Hall - Application for 40(b) 60-unit housing project at 62 Maple Street.

8:30am - Board of Assessors - Wenham Town Hall - CPA exemption and motor vehicle excise tax report.
3pm - HWRHS School Council - School Library - Advanced placement versus International Baccalaureate, Master Planning Committee, budget update and 2015 scheduling
5pm - HW Library Board of Trustees - Local History Room at the HW Library - Finance and operations report, bylaw review, and update for Friends group.
7pm - Community Preservation Committee- Wenham Town Hall - Town counsel’s review of pool, review last year’s applicants, and town meeting warrant articles.

5pm - Board of Selectman - Wenham Town Hall - possible meeting to complete unfinished deliberations from Tuesday night’s meeting.

March 19 - School Committee Meeting

March 24 - Hamilton Planning Board - hearings regarding bylaw changes related to locating cell towers and authority for site plan reviews.

April 11 - Town Meetings
