Local Residents Join Robin Hood's Band

Nottingham: The Legend of Robin Hood April 1 -10 Stage 284 at The Community House

Journey with Robin Hood, Maid Marian, Little John and their merry band as they seek to overthrow the tyrannous rule of Prince John, the Sheriff and their unfair taxes

A rousing tale full of old-fashioned, swash-buckling adventure, plot twists and one dynamic local cast make this original play a true delight for families and folks of all ages!

Nottingham: The Legend of Robin Hood features many local cast members… Robin Hood, John Manning (Weston), Will Scarlett, James T. Turner III, Maid Marian, Samantha Scherbak, Genevieve, and Danielle Wood (Topsfield), Prince John, Steve Monroe (Ipswich), Ulric, Michael Blunt (Salem), Lymric, Timothy Kercher (Ipswich), Friar Tuck, Brian Doser (Wenham), and Dove, Aenaes Strozzier (Hamilton).

The ensemble cast includes: Hamilton student’s Fiona Coyle, Julia Greenway, Aymee Michel, Caroline Monahan, Lucine Rivette, and Lily Russo, Wenham student’s Ian Castracane , Mary Castracane, Sydney Dolan, Willow Donovan, Hannah Doser , Jake Flynn, Madison Frame, Tyler Frame and Carolyn Romano, Myles Kercher (Ipswich), Emily Small (Topsfield) and Abby Lyman (Danvers).

Brought back to the stage by his daughter Hannah, Brian Doser, of Wenham, is excited to be playing the role of Friar Tuck. This is not their first theatrical performance together. Father and daughter were in last year’s Stage 284’s Mary Poppins. Locally known as “The Music Man”, Brian performs weekly for youngsters as well as older audiences.
