4:57 a.m. A man was arrested after a report of a disturbance at a Pleasant Avenue address. David J. Long, 31, 23 Pleasant Ave., was arrested on charges of disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct. He was held on $100 cash bail and scheduled for arraignment in Ipswich District Court on May 24. Officers Matthew Donovan and Andrew Neill made the arrest.
