A neighbor, who did not want to be identified, said he heard the crash and ran out to see the crash. He called 911.
The neighbor said the corner has been the scene of at least four serious crashes in the past seven years that he has lived there, including a crash in November 2011 when a Hamilton man rolled his car and snapped an utility pole.
