Maritime Community Day-Saturday, July 16 10:00a-2:00p

On Saturday, July 16th, visit Harbor Loop, Gloucester’s Hub for Maritime Fun to celebrate our past, present and future. Enjoy free admission to Maritime Gloucester from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm with special activities throughout the day. This year’s Community Day is organized in partnership with Maritime Gloucester, Schooner Ardelle, Schooner Adventure, and Gloucester Innovation. Special activities will showcase marine technologies with Gloucester Innovation’s Aquipod demonstration off Webster pier. Explore the galleries at Maritime Gloucester; meet some local critters in the touch tank aquarium, go on a Plankton Safari, and much more! Activities featuring, special hour-long, reduced-rate sails aboard the Schooner Ardelle, tour the Schooner Adventure and watch the crew hoist the massive sails.
