McDaniel College elects Kimberly Smith Charette to Board of Trustees
Kimberly Smith Charette of Wenham, Mass., is a 1979 alumna of McDaniel College and is employed at Witt/Kieffer in Boston

McDaniel College has named Kimberly Smith Charette to its board of trustees.
Charette of Wenham, Mass., is vice chair of the board of directors and senior partner of healthcare practice at Witt/Kieffer, a national executive search firm, based in the firm’s Boston office. She joined the firm after many years in senior leadership positions at several hospitals. She is active in the advancement of healthcare leadership, is a regular speaker at industry events and is board certified in healthcare management.
She received a bachelor’s degree in political science and sociology from McDaniel (formerly Western Maryland) College in 1979 and has a master’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University.
