Memorial Day Parade, Celebration Schedules in Hamilton, Wenham

Take a look at the Memorial Day parade schedules for Monday, May 25 in Hamilton and Wenham.
Hamilton
- Parade participants assemble at Hamilton Town Hall -- 8:30 a.m.
- Parade begins -- 8:55 a.m. (sharp)
The parade route will take marchers to the Soldier’s Monument, cemetery, the Honor Roll Monument at Town Hall and the Hamilton-Wenham Community House, with ceremonies/recognition occurring at each location. Legionnaires and guests will then return to Post 194 for a ceremony before disbanding.
Wenham
- Decoration of the Veteran’s Memorial Bridge by the American Legion -- 11:15 a.m.
- Decoration of the Alan B. Cheeseman Memorial by the American Legion -- 11:45 a.m.
- Parade forms in front of the American Legion Headquarters -- 12:30 p.m. (Parade route: east on School Street, left on Perkins, left on Bruce Lane, left on Arbor (where there will be a short ceremony at the Veteran’s Memorial), right behind Civil War Memorial (another short ceremony), merge onto Main Street and continue to the Wenham Cemetery.)
- Salute to Colors -- 1 p.m.
After the dismissal at the Main Street Cemetery, The Wenham Tea House and Chris Keohane will have offered to provide light refreshments for all in attendance.
