Buker School Hosts Mrs. Thrift's Savory Herbal Kitchen
Wednesday, March 16, 7:00pm, Buker School, Wenham MA, presented by the Hamilton Wenham Garden Club
Mrs. Thrift, aka Betsy Williams, is a life long gardener, herb grower and cook. Learn to make her favorite herb enhanced condiments, and how to use them to lift ordinary, everyday meals to a new taste level. Mustards, butters, vinegars, jellies, salts, sauces and spreads can all be quickly made and then stored for winter enjoyment. Learn which herbs are best to dry, and which to freeze. Bring your taste buds! We will have a little sampling of her culinary creations at the end of the program.
All are welcome and admission is free.
