Old Library to Open as Hamilton Shelter on Sunday
The old library in Hamilton will open as a shelter at 9 a.m. on Sunday and the Red Cross will open a regional shelter on Saturday night in Salem.
Emergency officials in Hamilton say they plan to open the as a shelter beginning at 9 a.m. on Sunday.
“People that want to utilize this should bring a sandwich or snacks,” said Hamilton Fire Chief Phil Stevens. “It will be open as long as it is needed.”
