One Teen Hospitalized, 15 Face Charges After Underage Drinking Party
Hamilton police say they arrested 15 teenagers from across the North Shore on Friday night at an alleged underage drinking party at an Asbury Street home.

Fifteen teenagers are facing charges and one girl had to been hospitalized after police broke up an alleged underage drinking party in Hamilton on Friday night.
Detective Ken Nagy and Officer Stephen Walsh said they were called to an Asbury Street home, near , at about 8:30 p.m. for a report of “suspicious activity.”
When they arrived, they found a “large underage drinking party” in progress and determined the home's residents weren’t home. The homeowner, who was contacted, told police they did not give anybody permission to be in the home.

An ambulance was called for a 14-year-old Peabody girl who was “severely intoxicated,” police said in a report. She was taken by ambulance to the emergency room, where she was treated and released.
All 15 of the teenagers found in the home were charged with breaking and entering with the intent to commit a misdemeanor and minor in possession of alcohol.

One of the teenagers at the party, Ali M. Kadoura, 18, of 2 Mardin Lane, in Stoneham, will be arraigned on Tuesday in Ipswich District Court.
The other 14 teenagers were all juveniles and their information was not released. Thirteen of them were arrested and are all scheduled to appear in Newburyport Juvenile Court on Tuesday for arraignment. The girl who was hospitalized was issued a summons.
Everyone at the party was 15 or 16 years old except for Kadoura, who was charged as an adult, and the female who was hospitalized. Five were males and 10 were females.
The juveniles include two 15-year-old Salem females, two 16-year-old Salem females, two 16-year-old Reading females, a 15-year-old Salem male, a 16 year-old Hamilton male, a 15-year-old Danvers male, a 16-year-old Billerica female, a 16-year-old Woburn male, a 16-year-old Haverhill female and a 15-year-old female from Brooklyn, N.Y.
The breaking and entering charge, a misdemeanor, carries a penalty of up to a $200 fine or up to six months in jail, or both.
The underage drinking charge carries a penalty of up to a $50 fine for the first offense and up to a $150 fine for the second and subsequent offense. A conviction can also result in a 90-day suspension of their driver’s license.
Police didn’t say where the teenagers got the alcohol or how they all knew each other – they are from a range of North Shore communities and other towns north of Boston. According to a Stoneham Sun story in May, Kadoura is a 2010 High School graduate.
