Our Anual State of the Real Estate Market Report

Each year, in January, we are pleased to provide the State of the Market Report for Hamilton and Wenham.

The report includes the addresses and sale prices of every Single Family home sale in each town for the previous year (as reported by MLSPIN).

It also includes the number of sales in 22 price ranges and year-over-year statistics for 2015 vs. 2016 in Number of Sales, Median Sale Price, Average Days on Market, and Sale to List Price Ratio.

Lastly, you will find comparison statistics and a graphical analysis for the past 10 years.

We began this annual project two years ago and delivered 4,500 copies to homeowners in both towns. Last year we moved from written reports to an online digital format which we are again pleased to provide for anyone interested.
