GLOUCESTER, MA - A person was fatally struck by a commuter rail train in Gloucester Wednesday night, Transit Police said. Police did not know how old the victim was.
The victim was struck around 7:35 p.m. while on the tracks near LaPage Lane. The train was outbound on the Rockport Line.
Foul play was not suspected.
