Phone Fundraiser Not Associated with Hamilton Fire Department

HAMILTON, MA - a company calling Hamilton homes looking for pledges that they say will help the Hamilton Fire Department. The fundraiser has nothing to do with the Hamilton Fire Department, according to Fire Chief Phil Stevens.

“I do not know where the funds are being used,” Stevens said. “I asked them to send me the information in the mail.”

Town officials stated that if they get any additional information about the company or how the money is being used, they will pass it along to the public.
