Pie-In-The-Sky Facts... Did You Know?

By now, unless you just moved into town yesterday, have been out of the country for the past month, or it’s your first foray into the wild world of the Internet, you have surely heard about Community Servings’ annual Pie In The Sky event.

But did you know that the pies are baked by 150 of the best chefs in Boston, who donate their time and pies?

Did you know that they will bake upwards of 18,000 FRESH pies that are packed and shipped to over 70 convenient locations in the Boston area?

Did you know that there are more than 700 volunteer pie sellers and that Pie In The Sky is one of Coldwell Banker’s key charitable fundraisers?

Did you know that pie proceeds help provide meals and nutrition to the critically ill and homebound in Massachusetts? Or that every pie sold provides five meals for that person?

Did you know that 93 cents of every $1 goes directly to providing those needed meals?

Did you know that my goal was to sell 10 pies? Or that, thanks to so many of you, I’ve currently sold 40 pies so far? Or that my Beverly office team has sold nearly 300 pies?

And did you know that there are only 3 DAYS left to order a pie for you to pickup the day before Thanksgiving?
