Pingree School Students Produce "Hamilton" Music Video

Pingree School students and faculty recently produced a Hamilton inspired music video to welcome newly accepted students. Filmed and edited by Pingree alumnus Alex Sandman of Sandman Films, the video offers Pingree's take on the song "My Shot" from the hit broadway musical, Hamilton, by Lin-Manuel Miranda. Pingree Art Department Chair Eric Haltmeier, Choral Music Teacher Thom Smoker, and Percussion Teacher Phil McGowan contributed to the music, lyrics, and recording under the direction of Melody Komyerov, Director of Marketing and Communications. Dozens of Pingree students also devoted time to learning the song and performing it on camera.
