The Police Memorial Sunday will be observed at Hamilton Cemetery on Sunday.

Police Memorial Sunday will be observed this weekend in Hamilton.
The Hamilton Police Relief Association is organizing the event as part of Police Memorial Week.
The observance will happen on Sunday, May 19 at 9 a.m. at the Hamilton Police Memorial in the Hamilton Cemetery. The guest speaker will be state Sen. Bruce Tarr, (R-Gloucester), the Senate Minority Leader who represents Hamilton and Wenham. There will also be a reading of the necrology.

Police Officers Memorial Day honors and remembers police officers who gave their lives while on duty and those who served the town of Hamilton, according to an announcement of the memorial.
“We would like to ask for your attendance and observance,” said Hamilton Police Sgt. Stephen Trepanier.
