Public Hearing - Zoning Board Seeks Input on Affordable Housing Project on Maple Street

The Wenham Zoning Board of Appeals will host a public hearing on the application for a comprehensive permit for an affordable/low-income housing project under the 40-B (Anti-Snob Zoning Act) regulations. The proposed site would be located at 62 Maple Street in Wenham.

WHO: The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Wenham, Massachusetts, will hold a Public Hearing.
WHEN: WEDNESDAY, November 5, at 7:00 p.m.
WHERE: Buker School multi-purpose room, 5 School Street, Wenham.
WHAT: New Public Hearing regarding Request for a Comprehensive Permit pursuant to MGL Ch 40B at 62 Maple Street ( Map 23 Lot 16 )

Proposals is for construction of 60 rental units restricted to in a single structure, constructed in two phases (total of 60 units with 66 parking spaces for residents and staff) on land comprising of approximately 3.5 acres.
