Public Hearing This Week Related to New Utility Poles in Wenham

There are four locations in town where National Grid has proposed adding new utility poles.

Wenham residents are invited and encouraged to attend a public hearing June 16 to learn more about proposed new utility poles in town.

National Grid has proposed adding new poles, along with associated overhead materials, on town land along Main Street, Larch Row and Cherry Street. The specific locations are near 10 Main St., near Proctor Woodland across from 53 Larch Row, near 69 Cherry St., and near Mass Audubon Land also on Cherry Street.

The public hearing will take place Tuesday, June 16 at 6:30 p.m. at Wenham Town Hall as part of the regular Board of Selectmen meeting.
