Rain Postpones All Afternoon High School Sports
Rain has again forced a shuffling of the high school sports schedule as the fall regular season gets close to the end.
All high school sports game scheduled for Thursday afternoon have been postponed or cancelled.
The varsity girls’ soccer game at Ipswich High School has been postponed to Friday, also at 3:45 p.m. The at home has been postponed to Monday at 3:45 p.m.
The boys’ junior varsity soccer game against Ipswich on Thursday afternoon at has been postponed to Monday at 3:45 p.m.

The girls JV soccer team, which was scheduled to travel a few miles up Route 1A to Ipswich, will now play on Friday at 3:45 p.m. The boys JV soccer team wil play at home on Monday at 3:45 p.m.
Those postponements have, in turns, pushed the girls varsity and JV games versus , scheduled for Friday, back to Saturday. Both games – at home – will be played at 2 p.m.

The varsity and junior varsity field hockey games at Ipswich on Thursday have also been postponed to Monday. Game time for varsity will be 3:45 p.m. and JV will be 5:15 p.m.
The girls’ junior varsity field hockey game versus Georgetown on Friday has also been cancelled. No makeup date was announced.
