The Salem State University Alumni Association is Holding a Food Drive for the Benefit of the Acord Food Pantry

The Acord Food Pantry, a non-profit established in 1991, provides food assistance to the residents of Essex, Hamilton, Ipswich, Manchester, Topsfield and Wenham. Salem State University Alumni are invited to help as we band together to provide much needed nourishment to our neighbors who are eligible for Acord Food Bank services. Volunteers will hand out shopping lists of items, staff a table, inspect/organize donations and more. The public is asked to contribute. Acord gladly accepts donations of shelf-stable unopened food items that have not reached their expiration or “best by” date.
