A Public Hearing on School Choice for 2015-2016 for the Hamilton-Wenham Regional School District will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2014 @ 6:30 PM in the Buker Elementary School-MultiPurpose Room.The school choice program allows a parent to enroll his or her child in public schools in communities other than that in which they reside. School committees choose whether or not to become school choice receiving districts, and they may designate a maximum number of available school choice seats for an upcoming year. Prior to making that decision, the school committee must hold a public hearing where the community may express their views.
