Seven Dozen Beer Cans and Bottles Found in Party House
The only adult arrested in connection with an underage drinking party on Friday night in Hamilton pleaded not guilty in court on Tuesday.

Police found three dozen empty beer bottles and cans and another four dozen full beer cans and bottles in a home where an alleged underage drinking party was broken up by police on Friday night in Hamilton.
The only teenager that was charged as an adult in connection with the alleged underage drinking party pleaded not guilty to charges in connection to the party in Ipswich District Court on Tuesday.
Kadoura was arrested after at about 8:30 p.m. because youths were repeatedly going in and out of the home. Police later found that the partygoers weren't even allowed to be in the home.

Ali Kadoura, 18, of Stoneham, was charged with two misdemeanors – possession of liquor by a person under 21 and breaking and entering to commit a misdemeanor.
Judge Michael Uhlarik scheduled Kadoura to return to court for a pre-trial hearing on April 28. Kadoura was ordered to pay a $150 fee to cover the costs of his attorney, Anthony Rozzi of Haverhill, and Kadoura was released on his own recognizance.

On Tuesday, the 14 juveniles also charged in connection to the party – facing the same charges as Kadoura - were arraigned in Newburyport Juvenile Court. Proceedings in juvenile court are closed to the public.
“It’s likely most of them will end up in juvenile diversion, provided they don’t have a previous record,” Lt. Scott Janes said.
One of the teenagers at the party – the youngest, a 14-year-old girl from Peabody – had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital because of severe intoxication.” When police discovered her having trouble walking to the bathroom, partygoers told police that she was “just very drunk,” according to a police report.
It was not clear how the involved teenagers were connected. Kadoura, a 2010 Stoneham High School, is a Middlesex Community College student, according to court records.
It’s also not clear what, if any, connection the teens have to the home where they were caught. The 52-year-old owner of the home’s relationship with Kadoura is listed as a “stranger.”
Janes said he couldn’t comment on the teenagers’ connection to the home where the party occurred or on what connection the teens had to each other.
Seven pages of pictures from the home submitted as evidence in the case show a covered pool table littered with beer bottles, cans and cups.
Other pictures show 30-packs of Coors, Coors Light, Michelob Ultra, Miller Lite and Shipyard beer plus Glen Ellen White Zinfandel wine and S.S. Pierce vodka, and Tilt – an energy drink that contains 12 percent alcohol by volume.
Police also said that an open one-liter bottle of rum was found in the bar area of the basement and was believed to come from the homeowner’s liquor cabinet. “Multiple bottles of alcoholic beverages” that also belonged to the homeowner were not disturbed.
On Tuesday, Janes said police have not filed any more charges in connection with the party and have not determined where the alcohol came from. Hamilton police detective are continuing a follow-up investigation, he said.
Unlike the liquor cabinet, police allege that much of the rest of the home was disturbed. The homeowner’s mother arrived at the home while the teenagers were still being processed and told police that seeing the trash, cups, bottles and cans strewn around the home was “upsetting.”
