Small Fire Under Control at Myopia Clubhouse
A fire in a duct in the kitchen at Myopia Hunt Club was extinguished early Friday afternoon.
Hamilton firefighters are on scene of a fire in the ductwork in the kitchen at midday on Friday.
Firefighters from the were called to the clubhouse at about noon and found a fire in the ductwork. A engine was also called to assist.
The call was under control at about 12:35 p.m. and the Board of Health was called in to inspect the kitchen before it can be reopened.
