VIDEOS AND PHOTOS: Spirit Week In Full Swing at High School
Tuesday's country dress-up theme brought out the true blue and plaid throughout Hamilton-Wenham Regional High School for spirit week. Students donned everything from cowboy hats, bandanas and even props.
Spirit Week was in full-force at on Tuesday as Nick Ristaino, history teacher and student government advisor, rallied students to the donut-eating competition out in the courtyard during both lunch periods.
Four contestants representing each class at both lunch periods competed for 100 points. At the end of the week, the class with the most points gets the coveted distinction of the most school spirit along with a trophy.
Spirit week activities kicked off last Thursday and included luau and pajama theme days plus competitions between classes that included dodge ball and volleyball. The festivities wrap up on Wednesday in advance of Thursday's football game versus Ipswich.
